Booking & Cancellation Policy


Please book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. All bookings require a 50% deposit to be made at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in GBP, include VAT and are subject to change. Gratuities are not included and are welcomed at your discretion. At least 24 hours notice is required for cancelling treatments. Bookings of 4 people or more require at least 48 hours notice. If you wish to amend your booking in any way, please contact us before you arrive. We will do our best to accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee it. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented to the Spa team upon arrival.


If you fail to attend your booking without cancellation 3 times, you will have all future bookings cancelled and your booking account will be blocked for 7 days. During this time, you will not be able to make any bookings online or directly.
